Default Help Needed Vintage Parts Question

I have a customer for which I'm working on a retirement gift. I know absolutely nothing about fuel tankers and could use some direction. I'm searching for "tanker dust cover, fuel tanker manhole dust cover, etc." and I'm having no luck. I'm in search for term to describe the covers that hang on a chain to cover the pipes towards the middle of fuel truck that releases the gasoline. I'm looking for a vintage piece possibly made of brass but at this point I'll take what I can get. Google is useless unless you have the right search words. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Respectfully Gordon
