Excellent fish! Baked, pan fried with bread crumbs or blackened!! Plus it puts on a good fight!! That one is a little on the small size!!

I went fishing once. Gulf of Mexico. Caught a blowfish. I was pretty excited. And then the guy I went with explained that blowfish is something you throw back in. Lesson learned, once again - life sucks and the devil is in the details - always - no matter how you slice it.

But on a positive note. My neighbor tells me that the little lakes that I have access to since buying my house are full of blue gill and bass. I like blue gill and bass. I might try fishing again.

I haven't tried looking yet for old photos, but when I'm feeling better I'll dig into the past.
I'm usually holding fish, or some other meat I've chased down... like Mackman... holding his beer.
