Remember the SUPER ACCIDENT on I-4?
Well, as of Sunday morning, there's been another really bad one on I-75 at Gainesville. I haven't heard much, but if I were still driving, it is possible that I might have been in this one. About a 50-50 shot, either US-301 or I-75.
I-4 had been smoke from a fire. This time, smoke might have been a factor, but fog was pretty thick. Arson eyed as smoke, fog sparks deadly I-75 pileup - US news - Life - msnbc.com

This is just like the one in South England about 2 months ago. From what was understood in that pile-up was that fog/smoke from fireworks at a soccer stadium next to the Interstate was the major cause of it. Probably didn't help that some of those involved in the crash may have been rubbernecking at the fireworks display.
