There probably are, but it's hard to tell these days. Then again, I've pondered the same thing about finding a good woman. Just because you've found a 'good' one doesn't make that person the 'right' one. :-\

I'd say,
It takes two and I don't think either party starts off good, it is a process. They say behind every good man there is a good woman. If you find yourself consantly with the 'wrong' man, you need to ask, " What are you attracted to?"

Also, men are visual creatures, its in there DNA. So they may not base all their feelings on looks but they will base some feelings. Just something to keep in mind.

Don't forget Sexual compatibility..... I tried to tell myself with the ex that sex was'nt everything "I loved her for her Brain", Yea right one of the biggest lies I ever told myself, Iwill never forget the night I asked her to hangout in our hottub on the back porch during a snow storm in Colorado and she responded with "I am not your house *****" then she wondered why I was looking elsewhere.. You could hang out where the books are that interest you and learn a great deal and anytime someone comes along looking for a book you'd know you have something in common with them.
