That's my new word. ERROR instead of LIE. It's not fair to say they are "lying" as that assumes KNOWLEDGE before (as well as,) "intent to purposely deceive."
I have found NO PROOF of knowledge NOR the "intent to deceive" and therefore rule AGAINST myself, and allow the prosecution to continue this line of Bullshirt! :lol:
The Defense reserves the rest of Eternity (if necessary) to debate these "errors in fact," in an attempt to see JUSTICE done, and ....well.... just because it's FUN! :lol:
