Really tho, I am not a big fan of "one size fits all" kind of rules. I will always believe that you have to take into account for human nature. The circumstances at the time ect... Mandatory sentencing and zero tolerance policy in schools come to mind. What do you feel is the greater wrong; A bad person that does something VERY wrong and gets off with a slap on the wrist because of a stupid Judge or a good person that because of the way a law or policy is written has their life turned upside down or ruined.
