The age of the internet.

I got my first computer when i was 12. it was a radio shack color computer with 4k (yes, 4,096 bytes) of memory. it hooked to the tv and used an audio cassette to store the programs on.
i ran a multi-line BBS for years also, using either DOS or Desqview. Now - how many people know what a BBS or Desqview is? Oh wait, THAT IS A TRS-80:lol:.BBS=Bulletin Board System

Al Gore invented the internet right before he invented global warming.

heh, I remember my 1st computer, the sinclar 1000. had 1k buffer, saved info to tape. The internet started in 1969 but was mostly DoD and uneversities conected together at the time. I remember the old bbs style boards. I also remeber per windows days, all you had was DOS. Didn't grow up in the unix only days of computers but have thought of checking ebay for some of those old vax and pdp 11 computer terminals just like Ken Thompson and Dennis Ritchie used. Ok, yeh, I'm a geek

Yeah, I graduated in ’84, so my high school years were all about the Apple IIe and programming in basic. Our high school had their first computer course when I was a freshman and I did a bunch of the senior girl’s programming work. Man, talk about fringe benefits.
Whoo Hoo!!!! :hitit:
