53ft Load of Liquor Gone!!!

I used to haul Jack Daniels whiskey back when I pulled a box around. I NEVER, EVER used to tell anyone what I had on the trailer. If someone asked I would tell them rolls of paper or not say anything. Any time you haul freight such as whiskey, beer, cigarettes, etc., you need to keep a low profile. This type of freight is high risk. When you haul this type of freight you need to be very watchful of your surroundings.

I had a few loads like this of whyskey from KY to AZ. Up to a million bottles in it. Did not stop anyhwere except for fueling and little sleep. Made it home with it in about a day and a half of driving. With loads like this it is very wise to keep your mouth shut and keep watch around.

Two people were arrested and the truck was being held at the South Chicago District police station.

someone beat me to it. I used to haul RJR out of winsten/salem and the seals on the back of the trailers were dead giveaways to what was in the trailer. When I started I drove almost as far as my endurance would take me b4 I stoped. When I did stop I stayed in the truck mostly and when I did talk to a driver I never talked about the load. If something about loads did come up I pulled a g-man and lied about it, lol. I wasn't about to lose 5 million+ dollors of cigs if I could help it.
