yea, he had already shot and killed a cop, a police dog and shot at other cops, I'm sure he was just trying to give up, they should have just put down their weapons and asked him nicely to come along to jail.

Grady Judd is a Stereo typical Southern Sheriff, Polk County is the next County south of mine (Lake County) Wish we had a bad ass patroling our county like that. He takes no sh.t from anyone and informs his officers to do the same, don't talk back to a Polk County officer or you will get a free room at the Polk County Hilton all inclusive... Timberwolf

IF he would LIE about this.... maybe he's lying about the way the perp was "clutching" the gun. Could he have been giving up? Holding the gun upside down to show it? I don't shed a tear for the loss of this scumbag. But, I gotta wonder about the facts here.... and the "execution" of JUSTICE. I don't say he didn't DESERVE to be blasted into HELL.... but, we have LAWS against this kind of vigilante justice.... EVEN by the police! Don't go branding me a "coddler!" I'm NOT! I would prefer swifter justice and am FOR the death penalty. But, our laws do not give the right of execution to our police forces. Not even for a cop killer! I just think there is MORE to this story than is being told. But, it is sad as it is!
