Default Mongolian Beef...ummm good !

Sitting here in Kearney, Ne. at the KW Shop. Riding down the hiway today and all of a sudden...all my guages, speedo and tac dropped to zero. Not a one working...truck still ran great though. Anywho...some ICU (Instrument cluster unit) computer box evidently went caput and waiting for a new one to arrive in the morning...they said I'll be rolling by 1100. That'll make me work a bit harder to make my appt. in Ontario, Ca., but, still will be do-able and legal.

Anywho...camping out in their parking lot; earlier I ordered in some mongolian beef from a local delivery and enjoyed it while watching a couple episodes of The Dog Whisperer. Life is Good.(just better some days)

Yeah, it's quite tasty.

Just make sure you watch it, once you have one spoon, you'll take it on by the pot-full.

The best Mongolian BBQ I ever had was at this plce in Guam back in the mid eighties. If I knew the joint was still there it would almost be worth the 18 hour flight to get some.
