you might want to get clarification on that before you do. AFAIK it was frowned upon by the old mods, and while it's crept back lately, the new regime might put a hold on it too.

Some people might even think you're selling air conditioners.

It is a semi-racist term as well (in its original usage). I'd prefer it not be used.

Got Mud you really need to drop the water from this receipe as that amount would make the mayo a little to runny, same goes for the lemon juice and vineger all you need from them is just a squeeze of lemon and a slight drop of vineger and that should do it. Now remember add your egg yolks, lemon juice and all dry ingredients in a stainless steel bowl, at this point slightly mix said ingredients and then begin the long tedious task of very very very slowly wisking in the oil, Did I mention you must add the oil slowly to get the proper consistency. Once you have the consistency of Miracle whip or Helmans you can then add the vineger and/or water. When Mayo is made from scratch it comes out a little on a pale yellowish side, adding water/vineger will give you the whiteish color you see in the jar. Still got all those recipes in my mind from my days in the kitchen, Damn maybe I should try out for Top Chef...
