Hey golfhobo, I suggest you phone your local law enforcement before you fly around in your Ford Pinto all hammered. I was at a friend's house in August having a good time. Another friend there went to move his pick-up truck out of the street. Well, he put it in reverse and totalled a Dodge Neon that was parked behind him. The police came and gave him a breath test.
Before they took my friend to jail I was chatting with one of the cops. I told him I have a CDL and asked him if the .04 thing even in a personal vehicle is true. He stated YES it is true. He offered to give me an alcohol test and I accepted. I blew a .08 and he said I was twice the legal limit. So there ya go golfhobo. The good thing is that they brought my friend back to the house we were at after he got down tothe police station and blew a .04! HE even got to drive the cop's Dodge Charger on the way back. lol

I can answer that question. The same thing happens as if you do need it. I made the mistake of secretly taking one and then having my wife say "I am not in the mood tonight". THAT makes for a har...., I mean difficult night.
