I need to take better care of myself. I guess for those of you who would love to take a real life crack at me, I saved you the trouble and kicked my own azz. I have the facial hematomas to prove it.

I must have pnemonia or something, second bout of antibiotics and yesterday my legs just decided they didn't want to hold me up anymore.
So they let my face do it for awhile, luckily I didn't need LIFE ALERT, I was able to call my baby and he came home with pay to drag me to the Drs.

So far the only decent night sleep I have gotten was when I had a shot of tequilla before bed.

No it's impossible to lose 10-20 lbs of muscle in 1-2 weeks...It is possible to dehydrate that much which shrinks the size of the muscle belly leaving you flat looking. It also makes you weak ,plays games with your cns from poor sodium/ potassium balance...and even increases risk of a heart attack.
