The price of fuel is dropping... Better raise your rates, if you can.
$5 fuel ain't nothing, compared to the inflation that is working its way through the system, right now.

I paid $3.807 at the TA in Perrysburg, OH about an hour ago. Before you all go running over there, pump price was $4.059. 8)

HWD, Roadie is right, OPEC did cut oil production today. It just so happens to coincide with Ike about to hit the US which gives US oil companies a better reason to raise prices when in reality it is because OPEC cut production by like 5 million barrels.

Gonna go up again is an understatement. Went up around me between $0.20 and $0.30 but other places around the state jumped $2-$4 from $3.50 to $6.50 and up for regular gas while diesel went up only $0.05.

Hmmm.....I paid $3.768 with cost plus pricing in Milesburg, PA on Thursday. Filled it up as much as I could, too. :lol:
Since cost plus pricing is based off the current oil prices (rather than the refined gasoline prices), that would indicate that the price hikes you are seeing right now likely are artificial. |
