I am tired of paying $5.00 a gallon for diesel and not being able to wash the bugs of my windshield. What I find is a bucket with some dirty water and a worn out squeegee. For the Love of God - have the bums change the stuff out and add some cleaner - and a fresh squeegee once a quarter wouldn't hurt.
You b@stards make are making money hand over fist and getting cheaper by the day. Thanks, Mike

If guys didn't wash their trucks and wipe the overflowed fuel off their tanks with them the squeegee's wouldn't be so bad. I don't even try to use them. I carry plenty of good glass cleaner and paper towels with me and I just open the hood up and climb up there. Nothing gets it cleaner than that. 8) 8)

I think it is more laziness than being cheap. You can go to various locations in the same chain and some you will be lucky to find water in the bucket and others there almost always seem to be fresh water, soap and squeegees in good to excellent shape.

I'd like to be able to carry a "B-B GUN" in my truck, and use it on the back-side of anyone I see using the squeegee to wash their trucks. I've tried to use one at a Petro, and got GREASE all over my windshield. Even with a good glass cleaner, it takes a long time, and a lot of work to get that off. And, then you run through a rain storm and discover you still don't have it all off.
I won't say a word about windows and headlights. But when it comes to cleaning the GREASE off the wheel hubs and even parts of the engine under the hood, that's NOT WHAT IT'S FOR. I have, on occasion, been known to have a plastic spoon, filled with grease from my grease gun, and when the other driver isn't looking, whip it at his windshield while he's busy washing his wheels. I haven't done it a lot, but so far, about every time I have, I manage to get it right in the middle of the driver's view. And, before you say anything, if he's going to arrange for someone else to get grease on their windshields, LET HIM CLEAN IT OFF HIS OWN TOO!!!!!!   :!:
