I've had dreams of being a Rock Star...and making that kinda dough.
I'd also want a custom car collection worth that much, and a large Harem that would make Hugh Hefner jealous. As it is...I've spent all my dough on calls to Anne Hathaway. Who STILL isn't returning them. Heartless wench.

The top earner of 2007 was Oracle chief Larry J. Ellison. Ellison drew just a $1 million salary, but realized $182 million from the exercise of vested stock options last year
That could've been 20 years worth of stock options he's piled up. Just like exxon-mobils "record" CEO making $300 million in one year. Not only that, when they were given the options, the stock might've been worth $1. Now it's worth $50, and they still can buy it for $1. Usually they have a number of years to "excersize" their option. So in other words, it really isn't that big of a deal. Besides, if the officers of the company agreed to the pay package 10+ years ago, who are we to judge? I find it funny how these articles never explain stock options.
