and don't say the "BBQ Man" in N. Little Rock, AR -- yes, his BBQ is good but who wants to be "hustled" for a $10 shoe shine for a $5.00 pair of swade shoes.

Exit 127 on Hwy 29, between Wausau and Eau Claire. Bits and pieces in a package, kind of like long cut sausage sticks, summer sausage with or without garlic. Honestly, I don't know what all varieties they have. I go for the garlic summer sausage. You'll have to check it out and see what you like.

B-B-Q... Centre, AL, but you have to take US-411 Bus on the west side of town. Not a truck stop, just a restaurant with room to park about five trucks.

I don't remember the exit or the truck stop west of Oklahoma City on I-44... It's been a while since I've been through there.
Bucksnort, TN, west of Nashville, restaurant with truck parking.
Then, there's one in NM off of I-40, but I'd have to be going through there to remember that one too. Been a while...
