It only gives me a momentary flush or nausea IF I haven't eaten anything recently. The GNC stuff is probably good.... but 4 doses vs. 60 doses for probably the same money??

Could also be that the "5 hour" has other ingredients that DO make it easier on your stomach to handle such a large dose of B-12. I didn't check your link yet, either.... but I will. I have been wondering about that product myself. Personally, the only benefit I'm looking for is "alertness" or energy. I've found that, in a cheap way, with the product I mentioned. I also have used "burner" type pills. They metabolize the food you eat into energy faster (and help keep you slim.) All in all, a GOOD diet, INCLUDING MEAT, works well for me. In fact, if I would just remember to take a good vitamin shortly after eating, I might not need anything else. But, at those times that I do get sleepy, the sublingual B-12 seems to work wonders.... and doesn't upset my stomach. And is INCREDIBLY cheap! I won't pay $2-3 for an energy drink. I've bought ONE in my life and couldn't stand the taste anyway!
