It's alright GolfHobo, don't get me wrong I'm all about safety but I feel less drowsy after a 4-6 hour nap compared to 8-10 hour full rest. But I got to be dog gone tired to sleep for 8-10 hours straight cause I usually wake up in the middle of the night after 4-6 hours of straight sleep. I usually go back to sleep but when I get up after a couple hours later I feel more drowsy and tired than I did when I woke up a couple hours before.
