that's not bad is it---start off with 10hrs- mess around on internet for 6 then sleep the other 4.

No sir it's not bad. I work better off 4 hours of sleep than I do with 8 or more hours of sleep, say for instance I sleep for 8 plus hours, when I wake up in the morning I don't want to get up out of bed but with 4 or less I can wake up just fine. I guess it's the truck driver coming out of me. 8) :wink:

was on fire. They don't knock me out---they just prevent me from ever getting back up. Worse than any hang over. I take 2 of them, and my whole next day is--shot.

I know what you mean, coffee does the same to me, I can drink one cup with sugar and then I'm crashed, hell red bull and most energy drinks does the samething. So I just stick to water, gatorade, and powerade!
