T.Bubba Bechtel, a part-time City Councilman from Midland, TX, was asked on a local live talk show the other day just what he thought of the allegations of torture of the Iraqi prisoners. His reply prompted his ejection from the studio, but to thunderous applause from the audience.
"If hooking up an Iraqi prisoner's balls to a car battery will save one MARINE life, then I have just two thing to say: "Red is positive, Black is negative."

"I don't make jokes. I just watch the government and report the facts." Will Rogers. "I have opinions of my own - strong opinions - but I don't always agree with them." George Bush. "That lowdown scoundrel deserves to be kicked to death by a jackass, and I'm just the one to do it." A Congressional Candidate in Texas. "People who like this sort of thing will find this the sort of thing they like." (almost unbelievably) Abraham Lincoln.
