RAM computer MOUNT or Cyber-Trucker Laptop mount/stand

Flood, you might like this...
http://tinyurl.com/ Since I use FireFox, I had to save the page to favorites, then drag the link over to my toolbar. Another way I do long URL's is then write what you want here (only use no gaps. I put a gap between = and paste, so it wouldn't condense my example) so http://tinyurl.com/ for instance would look like this Tiny URL

I don't have any pics of my current setup, but here's basically what I have:
In the front of the truck, I have a 7" touchscreen monitor mounted to the sun visor. I also have a usb keyboard with a touchpad in the front. In the sleeper, at the foot of the bed, I have a stand that I made. It has 2 legs that slide under the mattress to hold it in place. The stand is high enough that my feet won't hit the bottom of it while I'm laying down. The laptop stays strapped to this stand at all times. It's nice watching movies on the 17" screen less than 6 feet from my head.

Yeah...Vavega turned me on to Tinyurl, which works great
for those massive long url links. You can also use the [URL] button above your "Post a reply" box, but I just type mine out. I also minimize my links on my Bookmarks tool bar. Like http://tinyurl.com/ will take up a huge space, so I minimize it to TinyURL. Click on Bookmarks, then Organize Bookmarks, I go to the new hyperlink, and right click, then in the menu click on properties you then can delete the long hyperlink and rename it how you want. That way I can minimize those Bookmarks links...and I have space for twice as many on my browser page.

I am thinking of the Ram Mount myself and have a couple of questions.
Does anyone use the extension you can use with it? How far does it extend back into the sleeper? Can you use it from the bunk? Does anyone mount their Qualcomm keyboard in addition to their laptop? I am so tired of placing it on the floor and having it tip over and it start beeping at me.

Thanks another good monitor: http://store.mp3car.com/2008_Lillipu..._p/mon-016.htm Keyboard: Similar to the one I have: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...9117&CatId=142 USB Hub (in front): http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...7797&CatId=392 Touchscreen Visor Mount: I made this out of a piece of 1/4" Lexan. I made it extra wide so that I can put a small visor holder (holds my fuel cards, calculator, etc) onto it. The visor mount itself is held on with 3 pieces of heavy duty Velcro for quick removal. Also, the touchscreen can be removed very quickly. It has a slide-mount that I made out of a piece of strap steel. No tools are needed to pull out any part of my system, except for 1 screw with a cable mount at the end of the visor. The screw was already there for a cb mic holder (retractable). I also have a 16' VGA extension cable and a 16' USB extension cable. The front USB hub has the keyboard, GPS receiver and the usb from the touchscreen plugged in. In the sleeper, I have a small HP printer, a 7 port powered USB hub, wireless remote control (for watching my movies), a 160gig HP PocketMedia hard drive (for storing my movies). When I'm done in the truck and heading home, I just power it down, unplug the pocketmedia drive and take it to the house - the laptop and everything else stays in the truck during my off time. I'll take the camera out with me when I leave so I can get some pics of everything.
