Ted Bundy..killed for years, while attending college...was it the fault of those Schools that he killed??? NAAAA. Now...maybe the jails that ted escaped from could have been held accountable, as far as the girls he killed after each of his 3 escapes are concerned.


Gary Ridgeway (The Green River Killer) killed for years, while working at PACCAR as a truck painter. Was Kenworth at fault for his killing?? NAAAAAAA.

Robert Lee Yates, was a helicopter pilot in the Army and the Army National Guard, as well as a serial killer. Was it the Military's fault that he choose the kill women?? NOooooo.

Angelo Buono(a cook) and Kenneth Bianchi (a construction manager), both were serial killers ( the Hillside Stranglers). Were their employers at fault for their twisted realities?? Nope.

If the scumbag in Alabama is found to have a history of criminal activity, that SmithWay should have found in a background investigation, before hiring him, then yeah..SMX would be guilty of culpability, for giving the scumbag a means to accomplish what he was doing. However...I'm betting that the scumbag is like so many other un-caught scumbags, and has been living behind the curtain for a good long while, never caught.

I amend my position against the company until proof is brought to light that the company knew about his past. If the man was never caught, then there would be no record for the company to find.
