I can't STAND "Dog" or his show. But then, I have LITTLE use for MOST "reality shows." All three of the options listed are bad, and almost tie for the worst..... but, I'll give you MY humble opinion (since you asked.)

#1 is the LEAST of the worst. Although it is an ugly word, IMHO it does not rise to the level of HATE SPEECH, and therefore is protected by the 1st Ammendment. I DO think that, when used by a White, it shows a deep level of bigotry and cultural debasement. It's origins were, in fact, understandable..... but it is not well accepted today. However..... until the blacks quit using it themselves, I don't buy their "indignance" over it!

#2 is worse, but not the worst. Perhaps the son has tried for YEARS to "educate" and enlighten his father (the Dog!) and has had no success. There comes a time when situations become SO tense that radical measures are called for. [See the Declaration of Independence.]

#3 is the worst! Parents cannot "choose" their children anymore than children can "choose" their parents. However.... a child does not ASK to be born, while parents COMMIT the act of bearing them. There is "supposedly" nothing thicker than BLOOD! As HEAD of a family, the patriarch is entrusted with their care and wellbeing, but has NO RIGHT to dictate the course of their lives! Perhaps, Chapman chose the name DOG because it is the antithesis of GOD..... but that doesn't MAKE him one! Although, he had every RIGHT to be concerned about repercussions from his bigotry, he should have thought of that BEFORE he used the word in her presence. For those who care.... the Bible teaches that it is natural and preferred that a man or woman should LEAVE their parents for their chosen mate. IF this separation is a BAD one..... it is, for the most part, entirely the fault of the parent!

As we used to say in the Sixties..... "every day more of THEM die, and more of US are born." It has been a much slower transition than many of us thought it would be. But, the day will come!

Jesus was neither WHITE.... NOR a bigot! Anyone who continues to BE one, is sinning against GOD! I'm neither a Bible thumper, nor even a good Christian.... but I point this out because SO MANY bigots ARE part of the Moral Majority!

IMHO, the worst part of this whole TAUDRY episode, is that a father threatened to disown his OWN offspring over an interracial affair! The BEST part of it, is that this EXCUSE for a show is off the air, and another BIGOT bites the dust! Good Riddance!!

I've never seen Dog's show before. But I do know this guy has arrested like 5,000 scumbags. He arrested that one spoiled brat, sicko and grandson to the owner of The Max Factor, Andrew Luster. He tracked him down in Baja, because no one else could. This pervert put the date-rape drug, GHB, in the drinks of ten college age woman in bars and took them back to his place and raped them while they were passed out and videotaped it. This happened in my hometown, in Santa Barbara. Just let The Dog do the dangerous job of bounty hunting, because no one else will do it. We all say stupid things sometimes when we are pissed off. I heard later that he just didn't like his son's girlfriends personality. And what he said was taken out of context. He caught a serial rapist out of my town, so he's ok in my book.
