Default drivewear transition glasses ?

Does anyone wear these glasseshttp://www.drivewearlens.com/effect.php ? They look pretty good but pricey-$260 not including frame cost. Like to get some feedback before I make a purchase.

Kinda cool. Are they sunglasses, or prescriptive glasses? If they are prescriptive, than it might be a good deal, if my insurance would cover them.

I couldnt see myself paying that much for sunglasses. I have a pair of Renegade sunglasses for $4.95 at Wal-Mart that I found in the fishing section. They work great.
