Yes its an interesting article. The US worker is going to eat dirt, lose jobs, and the US Government is going to cede land in Kansas to the Mexican government..... the rich will get richer, and there will be more poor and unemployed people in the US before long.
Other countries have learned that it is no longer necessary to take us on militarily to beat us....they can buy US businesses, land and politicians, and own us without firing a single bullet. It will be cheaper for them to deliver cheaper goods to the big box stores, but you can bet your ass the prices won't drop. The rich will get richer.
