I meant nothing personal towards you. Please, welcome to the forum. Thank ya.

I echo roadhog's reply, that it is good to see folks like you to come to the pros, on things such as this.
It's ok, we forgive you :P

Anyway, thanks for all the suggestions, it really helps us a lot! However the response is still quite low, so if there are more truckers who wants to fill in the survey, please do

ChrisPeter...Wij willen enkel vragen... wanneer u uit vingers... loopt hoe u nog de
Dijk van het Water stopt?
(translation: we just want to know when you run out of fingers, what do you use to stop the Water Dike?)

I'll take your survey today. I'll give serious input...although you may notice something seems a little funny. :?

Your survey isn't very clear in what you are asking. In fact, I am not sure what you want to know by reading the survey.

Thanks for your feedback!

We are looking for new moving possiblities in and on the truck; eg. take something like a drawer, it enables you to convieniently hide your stuff yet you're able to acces it whenever you need.
We are looking for these kind of 'movement solutions'.

Okay, NOW you've hit a nerve! I HATE drawers! I'll take your survey, if my puter will allow it! If not, I'll come back here and tell you what you need to know!

I got ideas that'll cost you 5 cents to fix! That's what it cost ME!

Engineers!

Okay, I took your survey. I hope you learned something. Now.... if you REALLY want to know how to make the perfect truck, PM me, and have your bosses send me a $1000 dollar retainer! Oh... it'll cost them MORE, but that would be a start!

But, for the record, I don't see BALL BEARINGS as being the answer to our problems. I could be wrong, though. It's no secret that the "track/rail system used for the drawers MIGHT be improved upon, but the simplest answer would be GREASE!!

Grease will deaden the rattling and the accompanying SOUND. In fact, thanks for the suggestion! I'm gonna take a grease gun to work and solve ALL my problems.... well, along with more FELT!

Good luck, Chris. But, don't pin you thesis on this problem! Find something that you can actually DO something ABOUT!!

Best of Luck,

Hobo

I was reading this, and the whole time, all I could think about was Chevy Chase in Fletch. He kept saying, ball bearings, ball bearings. :P
