Does anyone know how our government is going to handle the liability issue with the new influx of Mexican drivers. American drivers are pretty heavily regulated as far as mvr and dac reports, are Mexican drivers regulated as U.S drivers ? and if they do kill someone out there how do we hold them responsible for their actions ? this seems to me another shoot from the hip move by our politcians, "lets just do it and we'll figure it out as we go".

Look. No-one cares. Want proof? Look at my rants against them driving on this soil to begin with.

So if they kill people over here, who's responsible? No-one cares about that either.

The only thing you've done is started another 6 page political debate.

Why am I so negative? Because I right about this, and it burns my rear the attitudes on this board as to this subject, and others related.

I know that it was a rhetorical question, but we all know that WHEN the Mexican truckers start killing Americans on the roads, it will not be reported, investigated, or prosecuted. A Border Patrolman or policeman stand a better chance of serving hard time as a result of investigating a MEXICAN ON AMERICAN murder, than the murderer does. After all, more AMERICANS have been MURDERED by illegal immigrants since 9/11 than soldiers killed in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Please call your representative and senators and demand that they request the president to pardon Ramos and Compean. Vent your spleen about the Mexican truck issue as well.

I'm a big enough man to know when I'm wrong. Looks like our Congress is looking out for us, even if it is in the name of security.
