Being a Sirius subscriber I don't listen to Stern, or his buddy Bubba "The Love Sponge". I used to listen to Maxim Radio but the commercials were getting to be too frequent just like terrestrial radio and then they took off The Discovery Channel Radio, so now all I do is listen to music and then on the weekends I hit up the Car Talk guys on NPR and of course Football when it's in season.

 

While I'm sure that some members here would find this impossible to believe, I only listen to Stern on occassion (maybe once a week if I'm lucky), and have never listened to Bubba, or any of the other programs on Stern's station.

I tried listening to Maxim once. That lasted all of 5 minutes.

I do listen to R&F, ESD I think is the true brilliant one of the show. Love the Midnight Rider/ESD bit. They can just go off on a tangent and the show is gone, the one day the talked to Mikey D's wife for 2 two hours about made me want to throw the XM out the window. Then they go for hours on Black Earl and the crap he does.

I used to love when they would blow up the phones, loved the perrynoid phone song. It's a good show compared to others but they can get on my nerves where O&A don't. I can listen to O&A for the entire 5 hours.

But what the heck are you saying about Midnight Rider and ESD bit? I think Mr. B proved all of you weirdo's wrong on Friday when ESD wrestled the MR. I for one never saw how some people thought they were the same person. :lol:

I used to be a total O&A addict but as of late Jimmy's humor seems to be repeating and they seem to complain alot. Just turns me off. Then I miss all the great bits.

I really do feel dirty being on the Rev's side on this one. At least I am not a Bedbugger

what happened with that? they didn't do a show mon or tues and I didnt catch the show today, what was the outcome? HTG end up being MR? :lol:

 

You turn to that now and all you hear is commercials for NPR. Saying something to the effect of, "Even though Sirius is no longer offering Discovery Radio..."

Plus the got rid of the Hardcore Sports Channel. I liked the no nonsense score updates. I was like listening to Sports Center without the commercials.

 

Must've just happened recently, then. I haven't been listening to my radio much, as I have only driven about 140 miles in the past week and a half. 8)

 

Feb 14th is when the last channel update happened.
