Lewis Friend, That wasn't a put down on body men, I've got 18 yrs in the shop and know what it's like.
By far the worst part of my job is the phone calls, lately my average is 106 invoices in a 8.5 hr day. That boils down to 1 sale every 4 or 5 minutes. What that doesn't include are the calls from insurance adjusters and people just price shopping. I also work the counter and that is not bad as I do enjoy explaining the products and how to use them
Every once in awhile we get some A**hole that throws out the" do you know how much I spend there?" and then I have to kiss up and calm them down the bad part about that is it's always one of the smaller customers that don't spend much and return 1/2 of what they do buy and their usually over due on there account too!
