I saw that one, it was BEAUTIFUL! Looked like it just came off he assembly line! 8)

Watching it this afternoon; a pair of '63 Corvette split window coupes went for $525,000! My question is: would anybody paying this much for cars drive them or just let them sit and look at them? If I was gonna pay this much for a car I'd wanna drive 'em! 8)

I saw on TV the other day that some outfit is making Reproductions of any car you want.

Wonder if they could make a reproduction of my old '77 Pontiac Grand Prix SJ, silver with red interior, 4-barrel 455 engine. Best car I ever owned! Man that car would SCREAM. 8) 8)

O.K. with all the "Big Bucks" we drivers make didn't any of you buy from the auction?? LOL I went back to watching it last night but it was torture. Couldn't buy a thing. Drive safe everyone.

They also set a record for the most money spent on a car. Someone paid $5.5 million for a 1967 Shelby Cobra. That's right folks, that's $5.5 MILLION!! Carrol Shelby said in an interview that little sweetie would go from 0-60 in about three-and-a-half seconds! 8) 8)
