Actually my failed re-evaluation was a direct result of lack of proper training, not my disability! The first thing I learned from my trainer was how to "hot swap" at 70mph with the cruise on. I was not allowed ample driving time in cities, I never even got to dock a loaded trailer. And now I'm facing more discrimination than at any time in my entire life & I've contacted a lawyer to initiate a lawsuit against them. How do you feel about it? Am I all alone on this one?

Yeah I guess I was pretty stupid to listen to a "star" trainer who's head was as big as a blimp and who intimidated me from the very start. Yeah he had been there awhile and had the fastest and newest truck and was able to convince me that my complaints about him would fall on deaf ears because of his untarnished reputation there. Even the safety director who fired me told me he knew Benito had some unconventional ways, but he was their best trainer. And My disabilities do not affect my ability to drive a truck. I'm a litlle weak & struggle to pull out the kingpin & tandem release handles, but I can do it with a hook, so what's wrong with that?

Welp-I reread this thread trying figger out whats going on.
First, you claim you were terminated because of your disabilities (whatever they are). Then you back off of that and state you were terminated because you failed a driving evaluation as a result (so you claim) of poor training. Now which is gonna be here? I don't see a relationship between the two.
