Fish and Chips is bloody expensive these days mate.... Got something to do with E.E.C Directive 980/34_fark-stoopid/al_0 which quite clearly states that British vessels are no longer permitted to fish in British waters as there is simply not enough fish to go around and therefore we have to leave all stocks for the benefit of the Spanish,Portugese,Greeks,Icelandics, Wherling dervishes etc etc... in fact, any fucka who wants it except us...

Just for you mate....
Fact 1) in U.K walmart drivers will not exceed 40mph
Fact 2) in U.K tesco drivers will not exceed 40mph
Fact 3) if your unlucky enough to be stuck behind both those fookas, you might just as well park up for the night

I see nothing has changed since I left UK (Europe for that matter) in 98.

Heard similar stories then. I did go back for a visit 2 years ago. Forget what it cost me, but I am sure I had to put in on a credit card for F & C and a Guinness
