truckers rights to his possessions
can my husbands employeer throw away his possessions he had in the truck that was assigned to him. he was terminated on wednesday and they are putting limitations on when we can come and pick up his stuff. Can they throw it away? I'm in a hurry to find the answer to this question, if anyone has the answer please call me @559-706-4294 thank yo so much

A: Why did he not clean out the truck when he was terminated? B: Depending on what he was terminated for, he may not even need the stuff.
