RIP (Finally). It's sad and embarrassing that it took this long!

Hmmm, I thought it was against the law (Constitution) to engage in religious discrimination....

Sure we have freedom of religion but where do we draw the line. Say someone says their god is Rodney Dangerfield with a ever flowing supply of beer from his nipples. Do we really want our gov paying for a headstone that looks like a naked Rodney Dangerfield with beer on tap?
Wait....that actually sounds pretty cool. Sign me up!

Absolutely. Protection for one religion should extend to all religions. You can't pick and choose.

lol

well, think of the Indians who use peyote in their religious services.

I don't think we can say there is religious freedom if we then line the religions up and pick and choose.

The Wiccan religion is pretty old.

Well, I'd say you have a silver tongue, but that image has been linked with a not so lovely entity...

Thank you, you are very kind.

I still say that if he's good enough to die serving his country, he's also good enough to be recognized for who he is. His sacrifice is no different than anyone else's.
