I talked with a driver with Homerun Inc. and asked him what kind of company that was to work for and he said it wasn't bad until recently. It seems that they have been taking more and more benefits away and are starting to punish drivers for idling too much. He said anywhere from a couple days off to termination. When he asked his "Driver Manager" what they are supposed to do when it really gets hot out he was told the drivers are "just going to have to deal with it". Sounds like a nice place to work.

 

Give it another 2 weeks, maximum. :?

You will see them downsizing drastically. Whether it will lead to total demise? We'll have to wait and see.

I base it on having excellent contacts within the trucking industry. I don't spread rumours. I state facts.

 

Don't be offended if I'm not terribly keen on taking your word for it. A lot of people with "inside knowledge" have told me things, and a great many of them have turned out to be utter crap.
