Default flu season is here get your

Flu shots will be out the 1 of OCT please any driver get one if you don't have insurance plZ let your dispater know so we can get you into a clinic, or a walgreens. this yr raised havoc on all age groups and as Drivers ya all need this . First ask you dispatcher about the flu then ask him or her to get the appointment to get one. most lager company has a RN/PA such as myself.

Wash wash you hands that is the most efective way to keep other germs out of your system.

Hey Sassy 1 ,

Not on the subject of flu but shots, what is this new shot mixed with tetnas. And when should you think about getting it. I have a thirteen year old, does he need it or just my husband and myself. He is 32 and I am 30. Dont worry I will still check with health care professional just saw your post and thought I'd ask.

Love Story

I will seek and find you .

I shall take you to bed and have my way with you.

I will make you ache, shake & sweat until you moan & groan.

I will make you beg for mercy, beg for me to stop.

I will exhaust you to the point that you will be relieved when I'm finished with you.

And, when I am finished, you will be weak for days.

All my love,

The Flu

Now, get your mind out of the gutter and go get your flu shot!

Some with severe allergies should be very careful.

Here in Ontario, Canada, I am a first aid/cpr/defib trained employee who responded to a need for assistance when a fellow employee rec'd her flu shot> She had a severe reaction where she required epi-pen & benadryl til paramedics arrived & was hospitalized. It has been 3 days as of Nov 2nd & she is still showing signs.

Be sure to ask your doctor what your strain of flu shot is based with pleaseeeeeeeeeee!

Sorry but it is diphtheria, tetanus, and pretussis, not sure why you stated this nor do I know what Phunonia is. I was just asking if you knew about the new combo booster???

But this is the shot I was talking about so I answered my own question thanks anyway.

Maybe you didn't get rid of it the first time. Try a combo of allergy pill like allegra, nasal spray like flonase, to finally get rid of it. I finally did and so far so good.

skykatt ... for the sinus infection .... try the old fashion ... warm water with salt .... sniff it  .. it helps to clean out your sinus. ... have you doctor get you a script for Flonase that will help, then there's always Afrin, Allegra and Claritin .. these will help dry up or shrink the backed-up mucus and give temporary relief by helping to drain the sinuses. ... Is your truck to dry inside ... maybe using the heater alot will do this. Try to bring some moisture back into the truck ... set a bowl of water out - or container to bring back the mositure, this will help loosen dried mucus and promote nasal drainage. .... I'm sure your doing alot of these things already ... but sometimes a reminder helps
