Default Dallas/Ft Worth O/O looking for co-driver

I'm looking for a Dallas/Fort Worth area non-smoking co-driver with at least 1 year of experience & not-too-bad MVR and accident record for OTR dry van running 48 states. I'm an O/O, male, 47, married, 4 kids, 7 yrs experience. We will be safe, legal, professional, courteous, and prompt. Starting pay is $0.44/mile. $0.01/mile raise each month until $0.51/mile. Negotiable after that. Payday each Fri by noon based on loads delivered Mon by noon. Paid by 1099. 4 days off after 21 days out. 12 hour shifts.

I am curious as to how you plan on running 12 hour shifts when we are only allowed to drive for 11 hours?

Nope I agree with GMAN how are you running 12 hour shifts? No person who has any sense with this CSA 2010 will ever consider this!

well i think in that 12hr shift you need fuel, food, brakes, plus time changing drivers...showers,food. think being a team splitting the day by set 1/2 would improve sleeping times and wake times. unlike us solo drivers hell haft the week i drive days then im doing nights im all over the place

Wow, the people commenting on the 12 hours. Ok, u drive for 11, it will take more than 11 to do pre-trip, fuel, log book, etc.
