you never know what may happen with the whole "night and day" argument.....you may find and team with someone you really enjoy

Sounds to me like you are one of a kind. But good luck just the same.

Most companies will require you to run with a trainers for at least a few weeks.

Right now teams at CFI/Con-way are getting HIGH PRIORITY coast to coast freight.

Yes some of the loads are coast to coast not all. We run a lot of shorter runs too, There is a lot of sitting many times waiting on that coast to coast rn sometime a day day and a half even. Now in that time more miles could have been ran. With the conway merer sitting 4 a conway load for that length of tme is becomming the usual. It didn't use to be that way. Miles are on average ok but we stay out 8 weeks at a time and our miles should average higher.

To: crb,

Team freight is a high priority now and any delays are being reduced as the merger progresses. I think that the only thing reducing the effectiveness of all the company resources is our management organizing itself to cross the CFI/Con-way differences. As the merger progresses, you'll see all the bumps get smoothed out.

I understand this but to say coast to coast runs is not the case.
Truth is it is west coast to midwest really. I am also giving all the facts because I do not bend the truth to win a yukon. I want potential drivers to hear real life facts whether they like them or not. Miles are ok we average 20000 miles a month but that average should be high since we stay out so long. Also we end up sitting a lot. I like do regret but want anybody to know THE TRUTH!!! Life is not nesecarrily peaches and cream. We fight for many of those miles.
