Truck School or Company provided Training?
and if company-provided, which one do you think is the best?
Also, living in Oregon is a problem in that most company-schools seem to be States away. Has anyone lived far from the school they attended? The school I am looking at now is IITR, 4500 dollars + some out of pocket. WIA, Workforce Investment Act won't pay a dime over 3000. Plus, no guarantee of a job as I would have with a company-school. I know the horror stories about Werner, Swift etc. But i would like to hear from folks that earned their "rights of passage" through company-schools as well  Thank you much, Denise Sams Valley OR |
