Thanks for all the info BigDogg. I am planning on going through the Prime training program end of 2007. One question though. How much per mile do you get now that you have gone through the course and out of training?It's been over a year now from your post. Any insight now that you have been in the company for a while.

 

From what I understand it's 30 cpm to start.

 

hope this helps i drive for prime we have both o/o and company drivers if your new to driving you will go with trainier for 60000 miles at a rate of 10 per mile or 350 garuntee 1-2 wk3-4 at 400 5-end 450 at end of 60000 you can get your own trk or finish with trainier as a team on spelt milage pay personaly get your own trk and run for 30 per mile. you also can lease a trk but i wouldn;t do it unless you can be out alot payments are high and they keep coming even when your at home .start off as company driver fell the company out see if what they say they are is true . presonally i love it here but not everyone does kind of what you make of it i will say i have plenty of freight and miles are not a problem.hope this helps you some remember every company has a good and bad storie about something.
