I will be honest, we don't want the driver who is whining about everything after 5 days on the road. We all are in trucking industry and problems lay on every corner. There are people who can deal with them or to cry about them. So we need the first ones.

I will pay 40% of load worth. I will give you Truck and Trailer. I will maintain it. Your job will be to get from point A to point B, report problem occurred that you can't deal with, my dispatcher will sort it out. Talking of which, I have 5 dispatchers, each of them 6+ years of experience, highly trained.

We have over 500 connections with brokerages who offers us loads prior posting them out. We have capability to make you earn 1800$ minimum.

OTR possition with 53' Stepdeck / 53' Stepdeck conestoga (brand new equipment)

As a truck driver your duties will be:

Communicate with dispatch team, reporting problems, actions or plans
Secure the freight
Drive legally
Must have 3 years of experience
must have clean CDL-A driving license

Company will:

Let you choose destination
Let you choose time off
Pay weekly
Repair truck and trailer, and any additional maintenance work required. Will cover expenses if it's on the road or will fix it at our facility.
Will provide you with new mattress.
Will ensure your minimum earnings will not be less than 1800$
Pay for Tolls and fuel

Qualifications:

23 years of age
Over 3 years of driving experience with 53' trailer
Clean records
No positive drug or alcohol test including refusals and pre-employment results.
CDL-A driving license

Advantageous if you have:

Experience with curtain-side trailer
Flatbd/Stepdeck experience
Hazmat endorsement
TWIC
Oversize loads experience
More than 3 yrs exp
