ADDITIONAL PAY DETAILS

Average W2 is based on a new driver making $0.40 and making the $0.03 productivity bonus, which equates to 2250 miles a week. Miles can range from week to week and can range from 2000-2500 miles. The break down of possible W2 ranges are below.

2000 miles X $0.39 = $780 + $60 ($0.03 accessorial pay) +$20 ($0.01 productivity bonus) = $860 X 52 weeks = $44,720 average W2.

2250 miles X $0.40 =$900 + $68 ($0.03 accessorial pay) + $68 ($0.03 productivity bonus) = $1036 X 52 weeks = $53,872 average W2.

2500 miles X $0.41= $1025 + $75 ($0.03 accessorial pay) + $125 ($0.05 productivity bonus) = $1225 X 52 weeks = $63,700.
