Requirements
• Must be at least 23 years old
• Must have Valid CDL-A
• Must have at least 1 year verifiable OTR experience
• No license suspensions in the last 18 months
• DOT violations subject to review
• MVR must not include the following:
o Jacknife, Rollover, Speeding 15mph +, Careless/Reckless driving, Rear end collisions or following to closely.
