This position entails recruiting owner-operators of trucks of all sizes (Cargo vans, Straight Trucks and Tractors), log auditing, conducting orientation and taking care of our drivers needs (paperwork, etc). Past driving experience and/or recruiting experience is a plus. Position requires some computer skills and excellent "people" skills. Must be detail oriented and honest.
