38.5 cpm - 40.5 cpm to start plus off load pay, plus extra stop pay, plus backhaul pay, plus we pay hub miles, you drive it we pay it. loads are out and back, longest out is 3 - 4 days. normally out and back same day or next day, take your break at home, do your restart at home. medical and dental, life insurance, 401k, paid personal days, paid holidays, paid vacation.
