My 2006 columbia is having problems shifting. I have changed the xy shifter. I have cleaned all the grounds. Is there anything that I'm missing. Sometimes it works fine and other time I get a code F while I'm driving. The display goes blank. All kinds of crazy stuff. Just wondering if some else has had this problem and figured out what's going. Just want to replace entire transmission. Someone please help. I'm already at $1700.00 in what I've done.

 

I recently went through something similar. But my speedo would drop to zero aswell. Had the speed senor replaced ($50 dollar part) Plus labour.
Reread the owners manual on using the transmission. Found I wasn't doing a couple of things and it seems to be working out. It's only been a couple of weeks though.
