2006 Freightliner Columbia Fan keeps kicking on
Trailer on..... heading down the road and the temp guage reading just fine, not to hot at all and for no reason the Fan will kick on run for a few seconds or a minute then kick off. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks Yall for your time.

My 2006 Columbia does the same thing and sometimes the check engine light will come on with it and go out when the fan stops.
My fan also comes on when you first start it in the morning and runs for a minute.

with the ac on? if so did you recently have ac work done? mine did the same thing turns out there was too much freeon.
