Hello everyone! I just replaced my clutch in a 93 Pete and my transmission chatters very loud. When I push in my clutch paddle the chattering stops! Has anyone had this problem before and if so, how can this be fixed! Thanks

Sounds like the clutch is a little out of adjustment, if it stops chattering when you ride the pedal a little bit.

If the chatter you are hearing is when the vehicle is idling then you need to adjust the idle on the engine a little higher. Please confirm for me what gearbox is in the vehicle, then i will be bale to confirm exactly what the problem is, and give an explanation as to why it does this.
