Hi Guys, I have a reefer with Thermoking SB-200 unit and during last couple weeks the engine would stop for no apparent reason. The fault codes are 63 and 84. I am hauling produce out from California to New York and during the last couple days it happened 4-5 times. Please help!

code 63 is a generic code,63. Engine Stopped – Reason Unknown,code 84,84. Restart Null.
is this the only codes?also you run it on cycle sentry or continuous? pull the primer pump out,if you have fuel coming out of it,the primer is sucking air around it.change it out. check all the fuel fittings at the seams.spray them with pb blaster or something to check for leaks.the washers between the fittings also are a problem, they do get weak and leak. pull the vent off and check to see that it isnt blocked.also change out the fuel filter,it goes to the pump then the filters.on the pump pull the inlet off and check the screen inside, make sure it isnt plugged.the tank line is a air line fitting type on the top of the tank, sometimes the crimp is too tight and puts a small knick in the line, sucking air.

looks can be decieving on the connections.check all of them from the tank to the pump.there the ones that you will never see the leak unless it is a massive one,but spraying with pb blaster or some kind of penetraiting oil will show up the problem.
also does it go to full rpm when it is in cool mode?or does it sound like it is laboring to get there?also there is a fuel solenoid which does from time to time give up the ghost, and will shut it down.it is about as big around as a silver dollar on the back of the pump.and held in by 3 10mm bolts,if it shuts down again for the same codes, pull it out, start it up and let it run. also when you clear the codes and restart it does it take a little time to clear up,like you just changed the filter or starts right up?
